Marxman Advocaten shares knowledge by giving seminars and training sessions to customers and prospects

Many companies are presently facing difficult financial times, with bankruptcy as result. The consequences for employees, creditors and other stakeholders are disastrous. Marxman developed the ‘company reset'. With this scenario, companies are able to survive the economical crisis without having to be declared bankrupt.

Eye-opening
At the end of March, Marxman gave a lecture called ‘The company reset - survive the crisis', to inform customers and prospects, as well as other interested companies. The afternoon was hosted by Winnibald Moojen, expert on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, and Hans Moltmaker who specialized in Labor Law. The attendance was a success. Many responded to the lecture as "useful", "practical" and eye-opening".

"We organize on a regular basis seminars and training sessions on various specific legal areas. We find it important to not only share our knowledge and experience with customers and prospects, but as well to give them the right support on the latest developments within their market. It adds more value to our legal services", says Bas Besseling, director Marxman Advocaten, the Netherlands.
