Professional & Sector Organizations

Many professionals, sector members, sports and social organisations are represented by wider organizations to promote their group and individual interests and facilitate (political) lobbying activities. Some sectors demonstrate ongoing clustering and professionalism.

Professional service and lobby groups have been promoting the interests of businesses and professionals for a long time.
Professional and industrial organisations are more frequently looking for partners who can increase the service level for their members. Certification is being used more and more to guarantee the quality of products and services, while complaints and disciplinary procedures are created to enhance transparency and ensure a positive image.

Marxman Advocaten considers cooperation with partners to be part of its core business. Both directly and through our attorneys we are involved in Consulegis EESV, our international network, the Netherlands Bar Association, the Netherlands Company Lawyers Association and many other specialist associations.

We are also involved in several professional and sector organizations as sparring partner for legal issues, act as a legal help-desk and arrange disciplinary rules and certification. We are now also increasingly asked to structure mergers and/or outsourcing processes. Sports and social organizations regularly engage us to provide assistance in subsidy procedures. The issues put before us increasingly include tendering procedures and competition problems.
