Vereniging Sport en Gemeenten (VSG)
VSG is an association that promotes sports at a local level. VSG promotes the interests of municipalities and organisations affiliated to them in the field of sports and leisure. All municipal swimming pools and most of the private pools in the Netherlands are members of VSG. VSG promotes the interests of employers and operators in this sector, and also supports other operators of sports and leisure facilities.

VSG operates through four strategic pillars:
1. Sector organisation for swimming pools
2. Promotion of interests regarding policies and the professional field
3. Platform for meeting and exchanging knowledge
4. Infomediary and reference point for questions from members

VSG Legal Network
The Netherlands has been divided into four regions for VSG Legal Network:
- North (Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe)
- East (Gelderland, Overijssel and Utrecht)
- West (Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland and Flevoland)
- South (Limburg, Noord-Brabant and Zeeland).

Marxman promotes the interests of VSG's members in the region East. Duijnstee Van der Wilk Advocaten in The Hague promotes the interests in the region West. De Voort Hermes De Bont Advocaten & Mediators in Tilburg promotes the interests in the region South and Geene c.s. Advocaten in Assen in region North.

Our Sports and Property & Government divisions have established a network of relations on the crossroads of the public and private sectors, which allows us to help and advise VSG and its members - for example, in tender procedures, competition law, operating sports facilities, partnerships, real estate transactions and project development.
